Family Office Forum Held in Luxembourg

The Family Office Forum in Luxembourg, attended by FBN Ukraine members, explored the theme “Legacy & Innovation: Mastering the Total Capital Advantage.” Reflecting on how to balance enduring values with forward-looking strategies and a long-term vision for their businesses and family offices, participants emphasized that wealth today extends far beyond financial capital. The concept of total capital — financial, human, social, intellectual, and reputational — emerged as a central framework for families seeking to preserve and grow their legacy across generations. Several sessions also highlighted the growing recognition of emotional capital as a strategic asset within family enterprises, as well as the importance of engaging the next generation early and meaningfully. The forum also explored how family enterprises navigate periods of uncertainty, crisis, and geopolitical change.
