NextGen Event Held in Bukovel and Ivano-Frankivsk on May 28–30

NextGen leader Serhiy Korin, Co-owner and CEO of Ruta Hotels, prepared a special programme for NextGens in the Carpathians, offering them an opportunity to see the inner workings of hotel business management. The event programme included learning and future decision-making simulations with event mentor Dzvenyslava Novakivska, a facilitator and coach for change leaders and their teams; special medical training by Sofiia Bohomolets; and an educational trip with NextGen leader Tetiana Tadai to the Obriy retail park. Event participants visited the private King Danylo University and met its owners, brothers Myroslav and Andriy Lutskyi. They also learned about the operations of a construction company and the Lviv Bus Plant, visited Promprylad.Renovation — a former factory transformed into an innovation center — and spoke with its Founder, entrepreneur Yuriy Fylyuk.
