The final of the annual competition for the best family business of the year Family Business Awards will take place on December 6

For the sixth year in a row, Family Business Awards Ukraine is holding the ‘Best Family Business of the Year’ competition. Every year, more than 30 successful family businesses of the country compete for the prestigious awards in three categories: large, medium and small business.

‘It is especially important that despite the war, family businesses in Ukraine work, help and fight,’ says the president of the Association of Family Business Owners in Ukraine Vladyslav Burda, ‘We all are working, no one of the FBN Ukraine member companies stopped their activities because of the great war. Talking with international partners, I see that they do not understand the current state of Ukrainian entrepreneurship and believe that the war has destroyed business. But Ukraine works, people live, our family businesses continue to develop. I would like to remind you that many family companies that are more than 100 years old have survived more than one war. I believe that Ukrainian family companies will be able to survive this war, celebrate our victory and successfully continue their business participating in the recovery of the country.’

The submission of applications for the competition - until October 24. The final of the competition is December 6, 2024.
