Nova Poshta Announces Logistics Changes and Transition to Decentralized Parcel Sorting

11.08.2026

Nova Poshta is adapting its logistics operations to wartime challenges in order to better protect customers’ shipments and maintain stable delivery services, the company said in a statement.

To achieve this, the company is transitioning to a decentralized sorting model and introducing backup parcel processing systems. For the safety of employees, customers, and logistics operations, the company does not comment on or disclose details of the reorganization, the specifics of alternative routes, or facility locations. The current status and movement of each individual shipment can be tracked in the official Nova Poshta app.

The logistics system was reconfigured following the destruction of central sorting hubs. In particular, on the night of August 5, a Nova Poshta sorting center was completely destroyed as a result of a massive Russian attack on Kyiv. Three people were killed in the strike, and significant damage to civilian infrastructure was also reported.

The Nova Poshta network operates throughout Ukraine and currently comprises more than 56,000 service points.
