The 27th issue of the magazine Family Business - and the seventh since the beginning of the full-scale invasion - appeared
20.09.2024
‘During this time, family companies have experienced many transformations,’ writes Vladyslav Burda in the introduction, -‘Nevertheless, the family business is doing well; among the members of FBN Ukraine, not a single company has gone bankrupt, everyone is working, it's just that this work is becoming increasingly difficult.’
Evidence of this is the story about one of the most famous local Ukrainian wineries in the world ‘Beykuch winery’ founded by Yevgen Shneideris and his family. There is also a reminder of the 20 most famous charity projects of companies from the orbit of FBN Ukraine in the column ‘We are bringing the victory closer,’ and the announcement of the start of the competition ‘The best family business of a year.’
Instead, the ideas of the libertarian economist Javier Miley, who became the president of Argentina at the end of last year, are more relevant than ever for Ukrainian entrepreneurs, who calls on the West to return to the ideas of freedom, entrepreneurship and respect: the magazine publishes a translation of his speech at the Global Economic Conference in Los Angeles.
The magazine also contains a report on the FBN Ukraine event, which this time took place in Lyon and the NxG international summit in the Netherlands, useful tips from Natalia Tarchenko (DEC-education) on how not to exhaust a child by education abroad.
